My Approach to AI: A Note on Transparency

Let’s talk about AI.

I use it. Thoughtfully. Intentionally. And always with the goal of making things clearer, faster, and better for you.

This page is here because I believe in transparency. Not performatively—just practically. You deserve to know what’s human-crafted, what’s AI-assisted, and what that actually means inside the systems and tools I build or the content I share.

The Default

Unless I state otherwise, here’s how AI fits into what I do:

Written Content

AI is often in the room when I’m outlining, researching, editing, or polishing. You’ll always get my thinking, but sometimes it’s sharpened by a tool.

Design & Visuals

The visuals I use are mostly human-designed or lightly edited using AI-powered tools. No AI-generated faces or stocky surrealism here.

Audio & Video

AI might help clean up transcripts or audio edits, but if you’re hearing or seeing me—that’s me. No synthetic voices or avatars.

Coaching & Strategy

I’ll sometimes use AI to generate ideas, test logic, or distill something complex into something clear. You’re still getting my experience and recommendations—AI is just helping speed up the process.

Training & Tool Creation

When I build microtools or training materials, I may use AI to speed up wireframes, structure outlines, or smooth out language. But the insight, logic, and how it all fits together? That’s mine.

Why It Matters

I’m not here to moralize about AI. It’s a tool. A powerful one that’s reshaping how we work. But like any tool, it’s only as good as the person using it—and I’m committed to using it well, and letting you know when and how it shows up.

If you ever wonder whether something was AI-assisted, just ask. I’ll always tell you the truth.
