DNS / SSL Service
I often help my clients with DNS settings. Cloudflare makes the propagation of those changes happen in record time. No more waiting 24 hours (in most cases)!

If you're doing integration work, and not using a tool like zapier, are you even an integrator 😉? While there are a few options that connect different software platforms, my go to has always been zapier.

I LOVE the screen recording, editing, and now with their ScreenPal, I can personalize my notes even more to my clients via messenger apps or email! It's truly my fave!
Step x Step Capture
Create your SOP's with ease! Automatically generate
step-by-step guides while you work. This has saved SO MUCH TIME for myself and the teams of my clients. Let the "robot" do the work of writing out the 1, 2, 3's!
Team Based Chat
My fave online form builder that automatically sends form submissions to email CRM, PM tools, and more with 150+ integrations. It's my go to recommendation for clients with WordPress.

I use Slack as a centralized location to connect with my clients on their projects. This way, conversations have a dedicated space and aren't happening in email, messenger apps, google drive documents, etc.
Secure Password Sharing
There are definitely different options for secure password sharing, and I've tried a LOT of them! 1Password is easy to use, easy to share login details, and has an internal organization structure that beats any other option!
Forget spreadsheets as you know them...
Relationship database at it's finest! Check out their site, they describe themselves way better than I ever could. I'll just say that I don't see a time in my business when Airtable won't be a staple of the tech I use. I recommend it to EVERYONE! And the free option is super robust!

Ever go to connect something like Zapier to a contract software only to find you need the most expensive plan they have to do so? 😤 SignNow is the perfect answer for you! Their entry level plan includes Zapier API use!
